Installation Service:
We have a list of qualified installers in many areas from previous installations. Please
give us a call before or after placing your order and we will happily give you their direct contact details.
Please note that recent legislation requires all work involving wiring into mains electricity to be carried
out by a qualified professional, or to be checked by a council official after the work is completed. These
units would be easy to install for any DIY enthusiast, but you must ensure you are in compliance with this and
other electrical safety regulations. Please call us if you require any further information.
Installation Details – Steam Showers
The installation of these units is extremely straight-forward,
requiring only a little more effort than installing a normal bath or shower. Each unit arrives in several parts
– generally the base, the backboard, the glass/door system and the roof. Your installer should be able to put
one of our products together in under 3 hours.
All you need to install one of our steam showers is a standard electricity supply (13amp IP56 socket if in the
bathroom, or a standard 13 amp if outside the bathroom), hot and cold water feeds and a waste water outlet. All
our products are mixer showers and run off the pressure from your system. We recommend a pressure of at least 1.5
bars – if you feel your water pressure may be too low, you may need to install a pump. We also recommend that the
product is positioned on a flat tiled floor and not carpeted, vinyl or laminate as these are often not waterproof
or stable enough to support the shower unit.
Then it is simply a case of attaching the hot and cold feeds, wiring the units into the electricity supply and
attaching the waste trap. That’s it! You’re ready to go. These units are more like appliances than
household fittings – you do not need to seal them against the wall, and can, if you want, take them with
you easily when you move house.

We strongly advise that you do not book or pay for a fitter to commence work until you
have received and checked all elements of your delivery. We will not be held liable for costs incurred by the
customer due to the customer acting on an estimated delivery date.
